The Villa
Welcome to Villa Kim on the beautiful island of Skiathos.
The Villa is located above Achladies Beach approximately 3 kms from Skiathos Town. It is on the main road on an incline which means that all the units face the sea, with the road behind them. There is a bus stop (no.9) almost outside the Villa and the beach can be accessed on foot within 3-4 minutes via a small road adjacent to the property.
The beach itself offers water sports, umbrellas, sunbeds, tavernas and the water taxi which guests can use to go into town and back again or to visit Tsoungrias, the small island directly opposite the beach.
Our Villa can offer guests a variety of units each different in size and décor but all providing the same spectacular view from Skopelos all the way to Evia.
Our units offer fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning units in both bedrooms and living rooms, TV, WiFi, parking, daily cleaning services, bed linen and towel change every two days and laundry at an extra charge.

The place to be when in Skiathos
Liked · Our stay at Villa Kim was amazing. The studio is perfectly organized with kitchen area, bed area and a huge bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to properly cook. The bed is comfortable with hotel quality linen and it is full of pillows. But the plus is the TERRACE. The view will leave you speachless, we loved to have breakfast in the morning over there or drink a glass of wine before going to dinner. The service that Kim provided exceeded our expectations. Fast communication before and during our stay (giving us great tips). She welcomed us with a bottle of greek wine and snacks. The flat was immaculate and she provided daily cleaning: what a treat! You will find also a house manual with all the information needed. The checkin after was late in the evening and she allowed us a late check out that made our last day so easy and comfortable (we have the boat back to Volos at 5pm and we were able to enjoy last moments on the beach and take a shower later). Location: perfect! On the main road that connects all the beaches (but still you won't heard any noise from the street). It takes 10 minutes by scooter from Skiathos town, 15 minutes to Koukounaries. There is also a bus stop nearby. Thank you Kim to make our stay so good.

Liked · Perfect location! It takes just a few minutes walk to the beach. We traveled with families of 3 brothers, with 6 adults and 5 kids. Dragging this group anywhere was always a challenge. Luckily, with beach and tavernas so close by, we didn't have to go anywhere else to entertain the group. One of the families decided to join us the last minute and this property was fully booked at the time. Kim was so nice and rented out her own flat in the same property so all 3 brothers' families can stay together. The villa has some nice environmental friendly feature. AC won't turn on until all windows and doors are completely shut. For those of us who live in older houses, if you are used to turning on the AC as soon as you walk in from 40 degrees outdoor and then closing doors and windows as you walk around the house, don't panic if the AC doesn't turn on :). Overall highly recommended. We'd like to stay here again if come back to Skiathos. Thank you Kim!

Liked · La propriétaire est très disponible. Par exemple, rentrant tard le premier soir, nous constatons l’odeur d’humidité. Un sms plus tard, elle nous donne une piste : laisser les portes fenêtres ouvertes avec la grille anti-moustique tirée et le ventilateur plafond au minimum en marche arrière. Autre exemple, ses bons conseils pour plages et restaurant de poissons. Nous n’avions pas la chambre avec la plus belle terrasse, vue pas complète sur la mer du fait d’un gros olivier. Acceptable.

Liked · Eine tolle Unterkunft in einer super Lage. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern freundlichst und reibungslos. Sauber, gepflegt, gut designt und heimelig. Ein fantastischer Meerblick, ruhig und erholsam trotz einer nahe gelegenen Straße. Ein bisschen Sport auf dem Weg zu einem wundervollen, ruhigen Sandstrand in der Nähe der Unterkunft und zurück hat uns nicht geschadet ;-) - der kürzere Weg beginnt gleich am Haus und geht steil runter. Es war in jeder Hinsicht ein Traum und eine Erholung, da zu sein. Vielen Dank!
